Pictures!! Finally!

My how time flies!  It has been just over two months since Nayleah came to live with us!  She has kept our hands full to say the least.  Needless to say the blog has taken a back seat.  Most of you have been dying to see more pictures so this post will be full of them and some videos!

Quick update...

Nayleah is doing great!  She is catching up super fast developmentally and physically.  We are amazed daily by her.  My favorite thing is when she does/says something we have been trying to teach her.  One night a couple weeks ago I came home from work and scooped her up for some snuggle time.  Usually she is super tired and ready for bed but I squeeze in a few books and some songs before she passes out.  This night she was talking up a storm...she proceeds to stick her finger in my eye and say "eye".  My heart melted!  I have been teaching her eyes, nose, mouth, etc. And she got it!! So rewarding! 

Her most recent milestone has been walking!!  The best part is how proud of herself she is!  She took her first steps 2 1/2 weeks ago and now she is walking everywhere!  (see video :))

We appreciate your continued prayers and words of encouragement.  Just like with parenting your own kids we have good and bad days.  Days where we have less patience than we would like!  We are working through some feeding issues with her right now where we could really use your prayers for patience and guidance on how to help get her.
